It is made of carbon spring steel (65Mn) or stainless steel (304/316) through stamping and heat treatment. Its main body is a circular metal sheet (thickness 0.5-1.2mm) with four upward-inclined elastic claws evenly distributed on the edge (claw height 2-4mm). The ends of the claws are sharp and have rebound toughness. Through the dual design of "main body dispersing pressure + claw embedding and locking", when bolts/nuts are tightened, the claws bite into the surface of the connected parts (metal, wood, etc.) to form a mechanical anti-loosening structure, effectively resisting loosening caused by vibration and impact.
